Love the size.
I love that it is 72 inches long. It is very nice to relax and soak in the tub. Was disappointed that you have to spend an additional 230 for the drain and overflow.
The delivery time estimated is not right
The product was suppose to arrive in three days It did leave the dock of the shipper for three days Once the bill of lauding was printed it showed up on the tracking as being in transit This was not true it was still at t he shipper I had my contractor expecting it in 3 days When it finally did come in the product was Damaged and I had to start the process over again with it once again waiting on the transportation company to pick it up I understand the logistics of this now but your tracking ...

WAY to small on the inside!!
My in-laws have a Kohler tub that measures 72 x 36 in long. I'm 5' 5" and with my back completely against the headrest there is at least 11 in from my feet to the front of the tub and their is at least 3 in on either side of me. My husband can lay in this tub with no bend in his knees and he is 6'2"!!! When we bought this Kohler tub, I was expecting to get the same sort of spaciousness but I was completely and utterly dissatisfied. Not only do my feet touch the front of the tub, I feel like a sa...
Poorly made with a big price tag
The tub looked okay when it was delivered. The front access panel was slight warped and didn’t fit flush, so it looked cheap. When we started installing it things got worse. We carefully and slowly tried to removed the panel only to have it crack about 1/3 of the way down. Then when dry fitting a screw got caught under the front and a chuck chipped off. Honestly I was shocked at the flimsiness of the tub - I thought Kohler made better quality but I learned my lesson.

Love the size and depth
Unfortunately it wasn't square. We paid all this money to get our floors leveled before renovating our bathroom and they went to place the tub and it was a nightmare. Not to mention it arrived with a couple chips out of it. . . not something I could see with it all packaged up. I'm bummed

Uneven Tub lip
We ordered this tub for our bathroom and once it was set in the space the installer saw that there was a gap at the corners where it meets the tile. At first we thought the tile might not be level. After we looked closer and measured the lip height we found that the corner lip was thinner than along the side so it wouldn't sit flush.
