Nothing battery is dead or wont charge, lowes wont answer phone, it took 3 hours because lowes lost the key . Never buy at lowes again

Worst Purchase EVER - Lousy Lemon

Since purchasing this returned item, the deck has broken twice just mowing the grass. The first time, it cost me $1500 to replace the deck, and over a month of it sitting at John Deere. They don't stand behind their warranty's and the warranty I purchased from Lowe's was also useless. The first day back from the shop, with a "new" deck, and a pulley just breaks off during my mowing. Now, Lowe's says since I purchased it over 3 mos ago, they won't take the piece of junk back. I didn't really...

Wong item.

I bought a 60" and they delivered a 54". It is also dirty and has rust on the seatbelt already. Not what you would think you'd get for $5,700.00 for sure. Didn't even wash it... Unreal... Now I have to get them to come and pick it up... Week later and still no zero turn I bought.

Great mower, z515e

Searched for the z515e mower at all the Deere dealerships within 100 mile radius, was told it would be a 4 month wait. Lowe’s in town happened to have two of them. Payed online, picked it up the next day. Called dealership to confirm This model was the exact same one as the legit dealers sold. They said yes no difference and they can service and get any parts I would need. Do your research for the model you want, Lowe’s seems to have more in stock than the dealerships. All in all it cuts great...

Great mower

My first ZeroTurn mower. Always had lawn tractors prior to this mower. Right off the bat, it cut my cutting time by a third. It used to take me roughly 3 hours to cut my yard, now it takes about an hour and 45 minutes. Easy to change the cutting height, runs great, strong mower, cuts heavy grass with no problem.

Satisfied after 2 years owning.

Have owned this mower for 2 years (90 hours run time). A year after owning it the starter solenoid went out on it. Was covered under JD's warranty, but obviously was a hassle as I had to get the mower loaded on a trailer and transported to a dealer who would work on it. Otherwise it's run well and maintenance on it has been straight forward.

Faster and less gas required with 60” John Deere!

This tractor works like a dream. It used to take about 5 hours over 2 days to mow my 5 acres of rolling farmland fields weekly with my 54 in Huskavarna. Now it takes 2 1/2 hours in 1 day with this much more powerful and faster John Deere. Leaf clean up at my neighbor’s home was so easy this Fall. No leaf blower was required and they have tons of leaves.

Two batteries dead after 10 hours on motor

I bought this brand new. I have had to replace the battery twice and the engine only has 10 hours on it. Can’t ever get the princeton, wv lowes to answer the phone and corporate phone number won’t do anything but tell me to call the local princeton, who I just mentioned doesn’t answer the phone

The hydro steering is very sensitive

Consumer Report said it was a good buy, I got a good deal because it was the end of the season, but I wish I could have used my military discount
