I live in Decatur il I wanted a Z515E zero turn. I had to go to danville il to get it. almost 2 hr drive and they make me wait 45 min to inform me it won't start. I paid for it 5 hours earlier. the employee asked me if I wanted to take it not running. ummm no I just paid 6k. A solid zero turn that good on hilly ground
Very impressed with john deere 515e ztrak. Only have 4 hrs and found that grass does not clump, sprays out like 6ft from mower. The machine does not slide and works great on my hilly 3 acres i mow. I did have a husqvarna z248f, sadly it left a lot of chunks and slid easy on wetter ground. Love the braking system on the john deere, husqvarna did not have one. Also love the fact i can monitor the hydrostatic drive and add fluid if needed, the husqvarna was a sealed unit. I hope and pray that...

John Deere Zero turn mower
The priduct is great! All tires were at least 10 psi high, the deck wasn’t level (off by 1/2 inch, partly due to tire pressure), and of all things the bolt holding the positive battery cable on was so loose I'm surprised it started to put it on the trailer. Then it wouldn't start again until the nut was tightened. It wouldn't go in a straight line, but the owners manual tells you how to correct that. I would buy it again but I'd check it out before i let them put it on my trailer.

One of the transmissions crapped out
I bought it, picked it up, used it once. It was great. Had 1hr on the mower. 2nd time I use it, its working great, 1.4hrs on the engine clock and the right side wheel transmission craps out. I thought it was the neutral release for the trans but I had a little bit of reverse and no forward with that wheel. I flipped the neutral release many times back and forth but still had no forward and a little reverse. Called John deere and they were 2 weeks out from getting me in. I am returning it unfortu...

It’s hard to stop a Deere
The sales staff got me the best zero turn. They said this would last me. After getting this I’m a believer. It will cut some grass for sure. My place has a long narrow yard that was out of control. After the first cut. It rained so cut it again that week it’s looking 👀 good. The tires didn’t bother the grass at all in the turns. John Deere still my favorite
I love the comfort of the seat, the armrests are a game changer. Also, the way this mower cuts is way above the L130 I had and the speed in forward and reverse is superior to the L130. I chose John Deere in part due to having the L130 for about 20 years and no real issues and that CR has this mover listed at the top of their choices.
