Easy to operate, the 23-HP John Deere Branded - Kawasaki® V-Twin engine delivers a smooth, powerful performance. The 48-in. (122-cm) forged Accel Deep™ Deck produces a superior lawn at higher mowing speeds and is easily equipped to bag or mulch.

A $3000+ Mistake

If you're doing research on this mower, I will advise you to look elsewhere. I made this mistake in March of last year. Since then, the deck pulley system has shredded two belts in less than 43 total hours of running time. One of those belts destroyed the pulley system altogether. This is because John Deere, with the Z33- line installed grooved pulleys on top of the deck that are the same size as the rear pulley attached to the crank shaft. Much faster to get my lawn mowed

I really enjoy this zero turn mower. I get my lawn done much faster and it is fun to use. I did have some trouble getting it started the first couple times. Manual didn't really help there. There is a bit of a learning curve when you get started.

Totally awesome machine

Would Not Recommend

My wife and I went to the Lowes store looking to replace our lawn mower. We ended up choosing the John Deere Z330M mower. The staff member told us that since you did not have the model at the store the mower would come crated and be unpacked at our home. (this was NOT TRUE). Josh delivered the mower and explained its features to us then started to load his fork lift on the truck. I tried to start the mower several times but it would not start. this lawn mower goes through more belts then I have ever seen in my life. Definitely a factory recall issue. Sick and tired of buying two to three belts per season!!!!!
