Amazing mower for the money!! The seat gives too much reaction to a bumpy ground. Suggest more reduction of that. The rest is really nice

Unhappy
Mowed once for half and hour, the engine started run rough and very low power. Therefore the mower did not work properly The mower deck is not set up right. Have to drop the deck all the way down to cut the lawn!! Lowes offers no help. I must now contact John Deere for support and service.

Sales tax ripoff and they KNOW IT
Caution!! Lowe’s in Alabama will overcharge state sales tax on riding mower!! Should be 2% but they charge 4% and claim their register software does it and they can’t fix it. They lie. Store managers can override on the spot. No telling how much sales tax they rip off everyday.
I think they are not assembled correctly!
I bought an S110 after owning a D110 for 12 years. Upon delivery, all looked fine (the fuel gauge showed empty). When I filled the fuel tank, gauge still registered “empty”. I jiggled it a bit and noted that the gauge was not attached to anything. The lever is supposed to be semi attached to piece that fits over the frame. The tank sits on that lever and the weight of the gas causes the lever to float up and down. That was not happening. Lowes was very quick in sending out a replacement (whole m...
Disappointing! Money pit....
Bought 12/2024 and it has been nothing but a head ache. Brake handle broke. Deck hardware falls off constantly in wich has caused the bending of the deck brackets, loss of parts, blades and spindles to be replaced (since the deck and blades smash into the ground). On the fifth time mower will need to be prepared. After the 1st incident I called customer service for the warranty and they want you to take it to a specific repair shop which is 1 1/2 hours away. Regret buying this heap of junk...
Lowes does not stand behind the mowers they sell
Bought this item on April 11, 2026. It worked great the first few times I used it. On May 9, it started making a clanking noise and cutting uneven. I had bought the extended warranty, so I called the Farmington, MO Lowes to get it serviced. They told me I had to call the extended warranty place, even though it had not been 30 days since I bought the mower. I did my best to follow their instructions, the warranty people promised me they would get my mower fixed, they also knew I had bought t...
