If you think the Lowe's credit card will help with return windows, additional customer service or the ability to have any kind of flexibility, think again. the customer service phone numbers do not get you to a person who can resolve your issue, and no one seems to know that the credit card gives you an extended return window.

Solid, no-frills product that does exactly what it

These blue twist-on wire connectors worked great for my electrical project. They're sized well for medium-gauge wire combinations, and the spring inside grips firmly so the connection doesn't loosen over time. Twisting them on was quick and required minimal hand strength, which I appreciated.

Versatile Pack

Great little variety pack. I wanted to have a few sizes on hand for future projects where I need some wire connectors, but don’t know the size I need until I’m in the thick of it. This pack is useful to have ready.

Good assortment and secure fit

These wire connectors worked exactly as expected. The different sizes make it easy to match the right connector to the wire, and they twist on securely without slipping. Good assortment to keep on hand for small electrical repairs and projects.

I bought these for a project I had and they worked well. Installation and grip were perfect.

Wire connector

I was doing some simple electrical work around the house and I was accustomed to using electrical tape to connect the wires. I bought a little multiple pack of these wire connectors and they worked just great.

Great Assortment but Needs Better Labeling

This great for the assortments of different sizes. The only negative thing is that it doesn’t have an easy to read color-to-size chart on the container

Fred went over and above.

Thus is not about the product but rather about Fred, one of the employees. We needed the odorless kerosene substitute for an anticipated cold spell. We were told by several employees that the store was out of the product. But Fred asked us to wait - then he produced several containers for us. The experience was quite refreshing. We have not yet used the product and therefore have no opinion of it.

Good starter

It's a good starter set of wire nuts for home. The wire nuts are part of the Ideal Industries WT series, which is their economy wire nut series. I wish there was a similar mixed set, but from Ideal's 7XB main line wire nuts.

Perfect for small household projects

It's always great to have a mixed selection of wire caps around for small household projects. This is a wonderful little bag of caps with many uses to keep in the toolbox.
