Needs improvement, Poor Traction, Poor Software

Dead Battery out of the box

Purchased this mower, would not power on right out of the box, Called Husqvarna who referred me to an authorized dealer/repair place, who determined that the battery was either completely dead or faulty, since it was a brand new unit he told me best course of action would be to exchange it. Auto mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works ok, but gets stuck in flat, dry, Florida sand. Had a trailer parked , then when I moved the trailer the lawn had a bare spot. The 415 will get stuck in the dry sand. I found the heavy duty wheels on your site so I put them on. Unable to see if they work because now the mower will not turn on.

Flawless Install

Yes wired install can be a pain for some but my yard was relatively small and easy requiring essentially a rectagular boundary. Took 2 hours including watching the install videos. Great cutter that does its job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago and the grass never looked better. There is no longer any need to pull the old cranky lawnmower, put on the noise suppression earmuffs, run it for 20 minutes, empty bag every few runs, then drag to the curb and hope that bag will not tear. All of that is gone. I simply spray underside with hose and that is it. Installation was a breeze and software app is solid.

Love this mower

I highly recommend this product. However, before you buy it, you should try to find someone who owns one so they can teach you all the little things youu don’t learn in the documentation and movies that are on YouTube. I would look at the app, and understand all of the different settings and abilities it has prior to lay in the ground wire. Unusable after having it serviced.

I had to take my mower in to a husqvarna authorized repair shop. Spent a lot having a new motor put in but after getting it back it immediately got filled with water after the first rain we had. Service center did nothing except offering a discount on a new mower and Husqvarna offered no solutions. 2 years and it was dead after having husqvarna service it.
