Customer Loyalty Running Thin

This is my third Husqvarna saw and the fifth saw I own. It only worked for about 4 minutes and stalled out. It starts but will not idle. Took it back to the dealer, which is a great small business, to see if they get it running. I thought it would be a quick adjustment to the idle setting, but it is more complicated and the dealer needed to contact Husqvarna for support. Four days later, and I haven't heard a thing. Only negative, the chain becomes less sharp after cutting one 20-30 foot tree, had to purchase new chain ( tool sharpener not available).

After that, however, it wouldn't cut anything at all; I struggled terribly trying to push it just to get it to cut, and the motor even kept shutting off on its own. I paid far too much money for a tool that stopped working after just a single use. I have had a very poor experience with this brand.
