Lasted One Year

Would Not Recommend

I purchased this Christmas tree 11/2024. It was beautiful last year and had no issues. However, this year only the bottom row of lights turned on and that was very disappointing. It lasted one year. I would not recommend it and looks like Lowes no longer sells it in-store nor online.

Top section not working

Would Not Recommend

Could someone direct me to the manufacturer number or email so I could get some help troubleshooting my tree? The top part lights aren’t working but when I connect them directly to an outlet they work so I know for sure it’s the actual wiring inside of the connecting tube that’s giving me trouble . Thanks

Button broke so I can only use white lights

Would Recommend

The tree is fantastic but I have never been able to get the male and female piece you plug into so you can have color changing options doesn’t work and thank god my wife likes the white but I would like options because I like a little twinkle in my tree.

Disappointed

Would Not Recommend

It’s ok but the lights are a lot more sparse than the model in the store. Also the tree just isn’t as full looking as the model.
