We bought this fridge even after seeing that some of the reviews were mixed. We’re very pleased with it so far - a budget version of a freezer on the bottom, without the stress or potential of things going wrong from water filters or ice makers. Broken in 2 months; 2 weeks later still not fixed

I want to give a timeline of what happens when this fridge breaks within the 2 year warranty. - May 1: Bought the fridge - July 18: woke up to spoiled milk and an internal fridge temp of 57. Had to throw away all meat and dairy products that had just been purchased. Called Hisense customer service. It didn't work

The Hisense refrigerator started out only being able to cool down to 58F, the freezer down to 44F. After a day it was 64F and 52F respectively. A day later it wasn't cooling at all so I just left the doors open and turned it off. 5 days after I reported the issue a repairman came out, confirmed it was a coolant leak, and that the unit will need to be replaced. Do Not Buy From This Company

I bought this refrigerator 3 1/2 months ago and the bottom door shelf bracket ripped out of the inside of the door. It held a partial gallon of milk and some condiments. They all fell onto the floor. This little bracket is molded into the door so it’s not a replaceable part. To have that shelf I need a New door! And my warranty doesn’t cover it! It’s considered an accessory. Lowes = low customer service

We purchased from Lowes as it is pretty much the only place in our area for a large selection of appliances. We purchased a 2200$ refrigerator around May 12. The first delivery people would not deliver as our driveway trees were “too low”. Approximately nine months after purchase, the refrigerator began experiencing issues. The freezer gradually stopped cooling properly, and over time, frozen food items became soft and unusable. Delivery would not reach under the sink to turn water off to old frig, said they didn't have the tools; it's called your fingers. It didn't work so I called Lowe's to learn that you have to return in 48 hours, if you don't they forget you exist.
