For the most part, I am pleased with my new fridge. Only problems are that the installer refused to reverse the door, even though it is touted as a feature.He said this model no longer seals properly once the doors are reversed. This caused me to have to reconfigure my kitchen. I didn't want an ice maker, yet there is still a mechanism built in that takes up freezer space.

Do not buy this product. I bought this refrigerator/freezer on May 1 from Lowe's. I woke up on Saturday, July 18 and the milk was spoiled and the internal temperature was 60 degrees. We lost all of our refrigerated food. The refrigerator is under a 2 year warranty. I called on Saturday morning to ask for repair. They do not process repairs until Monday morning. I just received a call on Monday at 5:30pm and a technician will not be able to be to the house until Thursday morning during a 4 hour p...
Great FRIDGE but had some damage?
Lowe's employee said that due to the damage I would receive a discount on my fridge. I just spoke with Lowe"s Customer Care at 800 445 6977, she found notes about the damage in my file and also notes about the discount. She processed the discount for me today. Because at Lowes to purchase a stove, I decided to buy a frig. The frig took 2 weeks or more to arrive at my house. Storage capacity
We bought this last month on sale and what a game changer. It is for a small kitchen. I had to take a cabin out on top but the space inside is so worth it. You can put a few gallon jugs on the door. What I love is the produce spin you can put big boxes of lettuce in there. It’s the best. I’m so glad we did it.

Wildly inconsistent temperatures
We bought a house last summer (August 2025) with all brand new kitchen appliances including this fridge, which was no more than two months old. The fridge temp is set to 39 degrees, but it will swing as low as 30 and as high as 55 during the course of a day. Horrible delivery and customer service
Don’t ever order anything from Lowe’s. Delivery drivers left my old fridge in my front yard after they said it “didn’t fit in their truck” even though my new fridge is bigger than my old one. Paying for haul away is a waste of money because both Lowe’s and the delivery company are not taking responsibility after leaving a full fridge in my front yard and they don’t specify anywhere that haul away could not take place on that day.
