I have wanted a French door fridge for a while and when ours broke, I knew this was a great chance to get one and it was on sale. The fridge itself is great BUT the door with the flap sags. Unit Not Working Optimally
I noticed the freezer light did not come on when I opened it for some ice saw that there was a lot of white ice on the tray that you pull out. Items in the freezer were not fully frozen. I thought it might be a fluke but the next day, the refrigerator was not cooling as it should either. Then we noticed water on the floor. We are calling warranty service today.

Freezer quit working within a week of installation. Called Hisense and they opened case but would do nothing more until we sent them a photo of actual receipt. After we did that,waited a week to get an email from Pro "tech support" saying they were waiting for parts (yet they never even came to inspect - so must be a known defect).
