QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES VS. LOOKS

Big & Cool Looking, But Flimsy & Cheap.

As a family who LOVES our Halloween displays and spends thousands of dollars to make it bigger and better every year... we loved the look of this Scarecrow! It's large and in charge! However, we are very disappointed with it. First, we thought the whole face lights up and the head moves. Nope, only the eyes light up and only the mouth moves. Poor Quality

My husband bought this for me for my birthday on October 3rd. When we originally put the scarecrow up the rib cage did not fit properly and the t-shirt was torn. My birthday is October 19th. We live in Florida and experienced 2 hurricanes so we took the Scarecrow down. What did it for me was the fact that he paid full price and paid extra for the warranty. Very interesting concept

This is one of my favorite giant props and I have a number of them from over the years. A couple things to note. When you are setting up I recommend getting to the point where lega are connected together and then laying on box (bottom side up for tape to keep together) with control box just off the box top and put a weight on frame base. Ground stakes and Hat Brim

Love everything except for two things. The included ground stakes being the main issue. This piece needs heavy-duty, long, metal stakes to stabilize the platform. The ones that are included bent and broke when trying to set them. Needless to say that was an extra $24 on top the price. Wiring

First - the U wire, which is not very clear, is connected to the pants. (The just say from the waist, but it is connect to the fabric about mid thigh range. It works great, but the true 5 star is Adolfo in the returns dept who assisted me when I came back in about the wiring. Garbage quality

For as many compliments you get from having this 12 ft beast in your front yard, is it worth it. it definitely looks cool, and its loud, but the thing collapsed, and the welds on the frame base broke. i called the company to ask for a replacement, which they were more than happy to help with, for $100 shipping. i laughed. Lowes Scarecrow Towers over famous 12ft Skelley

Wow!! Lowes is really coming up in their Halloween animatronics & props. This scarecrow is super tall, well put together and the details are outstanding. Really like the scarecrow--main problem that we had was after we got him assembled and placed, his mouth/jaw did not work; we had to lay him back down--there was a latch/pin that had fallen out--somehow or another we found the latch/little rod and just had to place it back and secure it with a metal clip we improvised. Cool Huge Prop - cheap clothing

So I love this prop - it's size alone is incredible - very intimidating! I had this up for the month of October 2023 and within a month the clothing was incredibly faded and bleached out. It was not in direct sunlight, so it appears the material used in the clothing simply won't hold up to the elements. I expected more quality control for the price of this prop. If you make something for outdoors, please increase the quality in the clothing. This year, I will have a heavily faded version of this...
