Unique Fan
I love this fan because it's fitting into a very narrow ceiling between my house and the end of a porch cover. However there's a major design flaw with it. There's no set screw or way to stop it from rotating off the access one wants to set it for. Hopefully this will be improved in the future. This is why I bought a warranty because this is the second one I have ( the original did last a long time though) that ended up moving and hit the house with its fan blades. Just be wary of broken parts
It is a very nice fan, looks great in our living room. Bad point, the globe was busted when we opened the box, they didn't have any replacements to purchase. So all I see now are the bare light bulbs. I had to put clear bulbs in the sockets instead of the white ones. The light with only 2 bulbs is not bright enough for the space.

Stopped working after 7 months
I had this same fan years ago and loved it, so when I built my new sunroom I knew this was the fan I wanted. I had it professionally installed. It didn't come with a remote, but I decided that was not a deal breaker. I've now had this fan installed since June and it worked fine - until it didn't. Quiet, heavy duty air mover!
It's quiet, moves more air than old fan and you can adjust the fans to where they don't point straight down if you wish. All said, it's a great fan for the larger living room! It's heavier than I thought it would be, though.

Fun, but is it worth it?
This fan has a unique design with the dual heads and is fun for our back patio. It doesn't move a lot of air, so it's more of a conversation piece than a functional fan, but that's perfect for the outside. I think the price was a bit higher than it should be, however. It's probably not worth the value for the high price tag.

Your web site says this is remote capable. Nowhere do the instructions indicate so. Going back to 2022 reviews and questions Harbor Breeze representatives have said this is NOT remote capable.
