This fan is light kit adaptable with your choice of universal light kits.
Only suitable for indoor locations.
At 52-in diameter, this fan is ideal for large rooms up to 400-sq ft.
Includes convenient pull chains to control fan speed.
Tri-mount installation for downrod use with flat or angled ceilings (4-in downrod included) or use without downrod for lower ceilings.
Reversible motor allows for changing the fan direction seasonally to push cool air down in the summer, or distribute warm air evenly in the winter.
Reversible blades to match your style in any room.
This fan provides a CFM of 4168 on high speed.

Highly Effective Fan
This fan is not only modern, cost efficient and beautiful but it does an excellent job at cooling my upstairs (rowhome) bedroom. Before this fan, we had to use a portable AC. After this fan, we haven’t used it!

Says remote compatible, but it's not really.
I got this with the hopes of have a good looking fan that I can control with a remote for cheap. Unfortunately you have to purchase a separate remote and RECIEVER, wire the receiver into the fan/celling before fully installing the fan, and only THEN will it work with a remote. You can't just go buy a remote and expect it to work.
