Comfortable patio/porch recliner

It was easy to assemble, The delivery drivers brought it right into my home. I would highly recommend this product. I am very satisfied with my Lowes purchase. It is very well built.

Pleased

Purchased two of these for my screened porch. Though expensive, I am pleased. The biggest con is the cushion: I like a thicker cushion. The reclining mechanism is stiff when wanting to recline or exit the chair but hopefully with time this will get better. Not a deal breaker at all. Pleasing look and like the overall look. Sturdy and overall good quality. Took my first nap in it while sitting on the porch so that is a plus.

Poor quality control

What should have been a very easy assembly turned out to be very time consuming and difficult! After finally putting the chair back on the actual chair, I found that the bracket on the chair was soldered in the wrong spot (it was off by about a good inch) which thereby made the back difficult to assemble on the chair and the chair near impossible to recline because the bolts on the bracket kept on catching and pulling on the wicker.

Missing pillow

Item description included a pillow. We bought 2 chairs but have not received the pillows. The chairs are very comfortable. We did have to call to get help in putting the back on. Also ordered the covers that was shown to go with the chairs but they are too small so we will have to shop for covers that will fit.

Seat cushion

I have sat in the chair for about 2 hours and the day after the imprint was still in the seat cushion. Not happy with the quality of the cushion. The chair construction and workmanship is good. Not what I expected for the price of the chair.

Wonderful chair by Hanover, purchased at Lowe's.

The chair is perfect! The only assembly is attaching the back of the chair to the seat. We were doing something wrong - Lowe's would not help, so we contacted the manufacturer, Hanover. They quickly figured out the problem, and in 30 seconds (maybe less), the chair was assembled! It's comfortable, has two reclining positions, the metal frame is covered in brown rattan and looks fabulous!

Good quality especially for patio furniture

Great looking, I would not hesitate to put this recliner in my home. It is very comfortable and it easy to put together.

Outdoor recliner

Chair had nice wide arms and matched my furniture from lowes that i bought a few years ago. It was easy to put together the back just slides into bottom. It was free delivery and it came in about 3 days. Three stars is for comfort. There is none! Thought about bringing it back to the store. Too expensive for a board to sit on!!!!
