As to the initial unboxing and setup; it is impressive. The whole thing is fairly weighty and Google/Nest really did their work making you feel like you're opening something fancy. I spent a good week or so playing with this product a lot and putting it to actual use. I have to say, I really like it. Don't buy!! Google provides NO SUPPORT

This product uses the Google Home app to connect and the Google Home app has not worked for 4 days and it is constantly disconnecting. I've had it since 2017 and it is the most unreliable app I've ever owned. I originally bought Nest products and then Google bought the company and destroyed it.
