Poor Customer Service

I purchased several of these from Lowes. I see online that Lowes will help me assemble them for free. I contacted the store and was denied any assistance. The garden manager told me they will not assemble it if I have already purchased them. I am baffled as to why they wouldn't have offered this information to me when I made the purchases? They serve their purpose well and look great

I run a STEM Lab, a Makerspace, and a Music studio, and between the three I have well over 100 feet of Gladiator Workbenches, and Gladiator storage. People who fund our programs are always impressed with how they look, and how clean our labs and classrooms are, thanks to the Gladiator systems we have.

Helps storage issue

Great storage, but additional shelving would be nice.

Perfect for my needs!

Excellent size and very sturdy. I have a 70lb electric pressure washer that I sit on top of it and it holds it with ease. Durable and no flexing.

We selected this cabinet because even with casters it still fit under the Gladiator bench, unlike other brands that falsely advertise. It’s the right size for the items we needed to store and organize. Unfortunately, the instructions provided were grossly out of date and the confusion prompted us to go through a lengthy customer service process that had us waiting almost 2 weeks to finish assembly. Seem super nice…

The cabinets are new, and not yet fully filled and organized, but seem excellent, so far. It took my husband and son a little longer to assemble than expected, but turned out well. We also purchased three 72x28x18 cabinets, and had those delivered assembled. Our garage looks SO much better already! One small issue was delivery of the smaller cabinets. This item was easy to assemble, looks great and is beyond functional. I love it.

Excellent Product

Love my Gladiator cabinets. This base cabinet is deep and holds a good amount of tools and things. Strongly recommend adding the caster set to raise up the base to a more comfortable working height, and to make them more versatile as mobile work spaces. I roll mine around every time I pull out my saw and get to work. These double as saw horses in my single garage, as my space is super limited.
