Nobody contacts to install

Lowe’s was supposed to handle the install. I selected the date and nobody calls, text or emails. On the date and time of the install I get a text get a text saying cancelled and rescheduled.it is ridiculous that 15 minutes after they are supposed to be here they cancel. Horrible communication.

Worth the work

It took me about 4 hours to install the opener from wiring already in place from the old opener and wall button. The instructions looked very intimidating at first but once we got going it was all making sense. I'm not very mechanically inclined and definitely needed a helper to hold things up while I screwed things in. We couldn't figure out what was wrong at the end when the door would not work. Better than our old one

We bought this due to the old garage door opener broke during the Christmas week. It is much quieter than our old fashioned one (over 20 years) and the app is a plus. The installation took us about 3 days in Minnesota winter, and it may not be super easy for people who have never done it before. The sensor was defective.

One of the sensors was defective. I live in a small town and paid an extra $22 dollars for the install. The product was entirely installed and the installer found the defective sensor. I had to order a new opener (I picked a different brand) and pay another install (including the addition $22) and it is taking over 2 weeks to have the new one installed. I understand that part of the issue is where I live, but I have a broken arm so I can not install it myself. At any rate, I would not recom...

It is a good quality opener

It is easy to install and despite being a chain drive it is very quiet. All the remotes worked and the wireless outdoor key pad was easy to program. Happy I bought it.

Very happy with this opener. It is quiet yet powerful and full of features.

Not hard to do.

We haven't completed putting it up. I recommend having Lowe's install it. It's not difficult to do, but if you are old it takes longer to get it done. They could have done it in a couple of hour. They do this all the time.

Doesn’t work correctly JUNK

I purchased this unit from Lowe’s & had it installed by a garage door company. This garage door opener is difficult to program, the remote outdoor keypad doesn’t work & couldn’t get it to work with multiple reprogramming attempts. The unit will not work with my car (Homelink) and couldn’t get it to work with multiple reprogramming attempts. I would not recommend this garage door opener to anyone! JUNK!

Excellent work excellent technician

The contractor was excellent he went out of his way to get the extension for us snd replaced the chain drive to a belt drive. I would absolutely use them again and will recommend their company.

Good enough

Easy to install. Took 2 people/ladders but could have been installed with only one person albeit more difficult. Wish I could have found a 3/4hp with all of these features however I think it will do just fine on my residential garage door.
