CUTTING A NEW GLASS PANE

HAD A YOUNG MAN CUT MY GLASS PANE FOR THE BROKEN ONE IN THE FRAME (2' BY 3'). HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD IT READY WHEN I RETURNED. IT WAS WRAPPED AND HAD A CODE ON IT FOR THE CASHIER.

Terry was great and professional. He cut 12 pieces of glass for me. When I used them at home, every piece was perfectly cut to the dimensions that I requested excellent customer care!

It does the job

It took almost an hour for them to cut it down to size at the store. I didn't notice the small crack in the middle of the sheet until I got it home. It doesn't show too bad since we usually put things on top of the table anyway

Not cut correctly . The product is not to blame.

I purchased two pieces of glass I needed to be cut to 22 by 25 1/4 . One was cut perfectly, sadly the second piece is not cut completely there's a little jagged piece about an inch wide and a half an inch longer than the rest of the piece of glass the person cutting the glass obviously had problems . And rather than just tell me they couldn't get the second piece of glass cut correctly, I got it not cut with a straight edge. I wasn't aware of this fact until I got home and began to unwrap it. Custom cut

They are able to cut a larger piece of glass down to any size you need. I brought in picture frames and they measured and cut there in the aisle.

Don't throw stones, if you live in a glass house!

Even though it was only one pane of glass, I was able to squeeze 5 pieces out of it!

The glass fits our lantern perfectly as the employee was careful in cutting it to size.

I needed glass for a picture frame quickly. I was told to contact Rusty, and he was so helpful. He made sure it fit in the frame. I drove up to the lumber area and he personally carried it to the car and placed it in my trunk. He wins my vote for a Customer Service Award.

i needed 2 pieces of glass 9 1/2 by 35 11/16. An employee at Lowe's Wake Forest, NC, said he cannot cut just 1/16" off. It took 5 minutes to expand 35 11/16 "from 36, which is 5/16" being cut.
