First nuisance is there is no lunch meat/ cheese drawer and on the door, the bottom two shelves are so narrow they are almost useless. Second nuisance is the ice machine sometimes jams up, takes forever to fill up after emptying, and it will sometimes drop cubes of ice down into the freezer when utilizing the ice dispenser for some reason? So we always have random ice cubes in the freezer. And third, it scratches very easily. My son moved a magnet around on it and the fridge is now scratched up....

Not available to buy anymore for a reason!
I am so disappointed in this refrigerator. The condenser is so loud you can hear it in the next room. It takes forever to make ice. We keep bags of ice on hand when it runs out (which is daily)! I would say "don't buy", but looks like Lowe's isnt selling it anymore anyway. Lemon!
Very bad delivery and customer service
Had a terrible experience with Lowe's. We've been waiting three weeks for a refrigerator. Our other refrigerator is dying. Truck shows up on the day that we're supposed to have delivery Which was supposed to be in the morning and it was pushback 5 hours So it took up the whole day. Delivery drivers show up. I'm telling them that they're installing and taking away the old refrigerator they say they don't do the install...they're just supposed to drop it off. Where would I like it to be placed? Th...

I have no idea if this fridge is any good as what was delivered to me, a week late, was a dusty, sticker covered, banged up floor model without a power cord. Not what I ordered. Which was left in my kitchen as was. After they damaged my old fridge while pulling it out, so they couldn't even give me that back temporarily. cracked freezer
had this delivered and it appeared that nothing was wrong with it. apparently there was a small crack under the ice dispenser unit and over the next couple of days it cracked all the way to the front of the freezer. Lowe's will not exchange it or do anything to replace this unit with something

Okay Model
I have only had the refrigerator for one day, so remains to be seen how well the ice maker and water dispenser will hold up. However, disappointed that there is no deli drawer and two of the door shelves are very shallow. My previous Profile model was more "substantial", but it has been discontinued, so I ended up with this model.

Very nice looking product and easy cleaning.
The refrigerator is nice however it took about three to four days and a reset for the freezer to get down to 0 degrees. At this point everything seems to be working well. The refrigerator is roomy with a generous amount of shelving. The one thing that is a little disappointing is that the ice maker bucket is rather small and may not keep up with a family of four especially during the summer. My family of three uses a lot of ice.

Totally worth it
Lowe’s delivery and install was great. Installing the water line was not great, not Lowe’s fault, although they did give me a hose that was too short. But after only a nasty few hours in my crawl space because of a newly found leaky shower drain, spider webs in my face, and 4 trips to the local hardware store for the correct size adapter, we have water in our fridge and it is glorious! 5 stars. A week later the fridge is now $200 cheaper.

The people in the store who sold me the refrigerator were wonderful. The delivery company sucked. They refused to hook up the refrigerator, which they said that we’re gonna do when they dropped off the old one. They didn’t want to take out the refrigerator till I yelled, which I paid them to do. I don’t understand how people are so nice in the store could have an outside service that pathetically terrible.
