Door lock error, apparently to fix the door lock they have to replace the whole system inside and none of the parts are ever available. Lowe's warranty is a joke, I have waited over a month and this washer is still broken. the whole purchase has been a nightmare from day 1. Will never purchase a washer/dryer through Lowe's again, and never a front load washer.

Nice at first
The washer works well at first. The washer was purchased in May of 2025. It is now January 2026. The computer has gone out and it will not recognize cycles or anything. Essentially it is dead after not even a year. It is under warranty but the part will take almost a week to get in and then another five days before the company doing the repair can get the guys here to do the fix. So I will be out almost two weeks without a washer. I feel for how expensive this product was I shouldn't being havin...

Had our new stacked front load washer and dryer installed on 1/19/26. We are loving it so far. We actually did not realize these appliances were so fancy. The sales representative at the Lowe’s store did not inform of us of how bougie they were. My husband I were looking at price and capacity. Quit working in less than a year….
Haven’t even had the washer for a year and it quit working. Have been waiting over 2 months now to get it fixed and the company GE contracts with in our area takes 3plus weeks at a time to schedule a service call to fix it. I am so disappointed after paying this much for a washer to now have to spend hundreds of dollars and so much stress lugging laundry for our family of 6 to laundromats since we are left without a washer for so long…. Really wish they would make it right in a reasonable amoun...

My 1st impression after the installation was... Wow! This machine is impressive. Tons of features. Some of which are not very obvious without reading the owners manual. And yes, I do recommend you reading the owners me annual. This will pay big dividends over the life of the machine. Not everything requires a call for support. The spin cycle is insane. Not worth it!
We've had this washer for a few months and there are cycles that have never worked. We called to try to get a repairman to come out. Finally, after getting someone to show up, he did absolutely nothing but tell us to monitor the cycles. We have never got the delicate cycle to work properly. I purchased this washer less than 6 months ago and it has been leaking for weeks. When you reach out to GE for the repairs they send you to Bosewell (who they use for repairs). GOOD LUCK from that point on... I tried to call for 3 weeks without ever speaking to anyone. They won't answer the phone or call you back. Once I went online I could set up an appointment that way. GE Profile washers are junk.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The washer is poorly made. The tub light has already gone out, if you put a couple of things in it to wash it cannot balance itself to spin out the water. It will just keep tumbling back and forth for hours until you just give up and squeeze the water out. I hate this washer. I really wish I'd just got a Samsung set like I've had for 15 years.
