I've never been so stressed about anything as I am about this refrigerator box. It's so deep, so ugly, and it's in my kitchen. I've had to pay thousands of dollars to replace my entire kitchen, and even then it doesn't look good. It looks like an ordinary box. Beauty with quirks

The refrigerator is big and beautiful. It is very nice inside with plenty of light. The shelf spaces are perfect with adjustable shelves and receding shelf. The door in a door may seem like a gimmick but it is nice to be able to quickly access a gal of milk without having to twist and tilt the jug to get it out. Poor Build and constant problems

We did get the 5 year protection plan and thank goodness.. We have had issues with this several times just within the first 2 years of ownership. the latest issue caused service to come 2 times and still have not corrected the problem. We are asking at this point how long will it take to say .. these people need a new fridge.. In summary.. Do not buy

Best Refrigerator We Have Ever Had

We love our new GE refrigerator. It is a little smaller in usable area than our last one but it actually holds more food items because of its superior interior design. The freezer also seems to be bigger. We also love the middle drawer that we use for lunch meat and cheeses. For the water/ice dispenser, wow! It tells you how much water you put in every glass. Great features, great quality!

Love this refrigerator! Plenty of room to store everything, and the lighting makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for! The extra door access is handy to access juice, tea etc without opening the whole refrigerator. The freezer is very large and I love the dividers….and the extra drawer for veggies or cheese and meats is a must have. We originally bought a Kitchen Aid refrigerator & returned it because it was not nearly as high quality as the GE Profile. Worth every penny!!!

less than 1 year use and issues, stay away.

our new GE Profile $2800 refrigerator developed leak of freon/refrigerant and GE Support is 3rd rate, 5 days later tech arrives and is on the phone talking loud to another person or family member and is talking different language from another country, he determined that there is a refrigerant leak on the low end and that they will order 2 replacement parts and will take 2 weeks. Terrible Quality and Service

We bought this fridge in January 2026. In June it stopped cooling. A service tech came on June 23 and indicated that it needed parts. Another appointment was scheduled for July 8th. The tech came today and said that the compressor also needed to be replaced. The earliest appointment was July 23rd. Good fridge, but some things to watch out for

Works well as a fridge in general, and we really like the design, mostly. The 'drinks door' comparment is awesome (on the right side if you grab the handle by the 'trigger' it opens up to two beverage container trays, perfect for juice, milk, etc.) Has great capacity and good access to and visibility of everything in the upper compartment (no 'hidden areas' where food can be forgotten). Love this fridge

Love the fridge, especially the door within the door to access those items we use daily. as well as the interior lighting, the chill drawer, the auto fill, makes lots of ice. Only concern is the drawer mechanism feels a little cheap when opening and closing.
