I've Died and Gone to Washer Heaven
Fancy washer! This one has all the bells and whistles, including a dispenser for detergent and fabric softener, and more wash settings than most people will ever use. Clothes come clean, and most of the water is removed during the spin, so drying time is reduced. And the clear lid! Why am I paying for cable when I can watch my clothes? To think my grandmother used a wringer washer, and here we are with a computer attached to the machine. Slap me silly and call me George Jetson!

Awful purchase
This washer is awful! I’ve had problems with it since day 1. I’ve had it for 5 years and the complete lid has fallen apart, as it’s made with cheap plastic. I’ve always had issues with it “balancing” no matter if you put 1 or 30 clothing pieces. It’s completely balanced, the washer is the issue! Never again will I purchase!!

HORRIBLE WASHER
This washer was crap from the day I got it. But my son in law said it's new so give it a chance to get the kinks out. Well let me tell you. As the water said fill, which it did some, then it started to drain as it continued to say fill. After all the water drained, and there was none left as all, it started to agitate, as if it washing the clothes. Then from there it said CANCLED. Awesome once you figure a few things out
Cleans fantastic. Pros no middle agitator to tear up your clothes. Bulky loads do tend to clump up and cause the machine to get off balance bad which is a shame I purchased this because I wanted something large capacity to wash comforters and blankets. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the water sensor I have to wash everything on bulky and deep fill to get enough water into the washing machine. Loud!
Machine cleans clothes well, however, it’s the loudest washer I’ve ever had! I thought something had to be wrong. Had service rep out after a couple weeks and he installed an older water pump that is a bit quieter. The washer is just louder than previous in general.

Washer is great but the first delivery guys sucked. I had to pay a plumber to fix the cold water valve they messed up trying to unhook old washer. So once I got that repaired the plumber o paid hood my new washer up o bought from Lowe’s not yall deliver drivers. Lowe’s drivers only came back to haul old washer away cause I paid the fee. I really feel I need to be reimbursed for the plumber cause it was you guys fault, money off washer machine or something

I've had this for about 3 years and the washer lid door was cracked near the hinges. Poorly designed with plastic GE customer service was excellent and offered a replacement. it took me about an hour to replace, and now it's working again. hopefully they re-engineer this.

Better than most
Capacity is tremendous. Love the timer that tells when it's done. Very quiet. Washes better than most. Stops cycle when out of balance. Not a fan of that. Dispenser is in a good place and works fine. Am a little skeptical of the low water range. Sometimes all the clothes don't get wet.
