Writing this review after one year of use. Unit was delivered leaking from the water inlet - after verifying it wasn't the hoses, a technician came and replace the part. Beware if low water pressure
The capacity of the washer is great, however, if you don't have good water pressure look for something else. I literally have to carry buckets of water to the machine when I wash even a small load as it fills by time, not by water level. Even on the deep fill setting, I carry buckets to wash and then to rinse.

I never write reviews ever! But I felt that people need to know this is a horrible appliance! Bought in sept 2024 stopped working properly in December 2024. Couldn’t change any of the settings and it would shut off Everytime we tried pressing start. It would take us up to 50 tries and even a couple of hours to get it going. Awful Delivery Experience/Washer works as expected

Very nice washer
This washer is huge. I'm very impressed with the size of the tub and the ability to put in large loads (blankets; towels; rugs). Have only had < one month, and the settings do take some getting used to. So far have pretty much by-passed the auto setting as I cannot get used to the limited water use. Aesthetically, this machine is beautiful. It does wash well, I have no issues with cleanliness of my items. The BIGGEST issues are the noise level and even worse...when you wash sheets and towels they are completely soaked. Balancer issues when washing 2 towels?
I purchased this washer in Nov 2024-- in April 2026, the washer can no longer handle towels (2) keeps trying to rebalance and fills up wiht water. this washer has barely been used ( since Nov 2024, i have been out of the country for work 6 months.
