Burners gave out a day after the warranty!!!
We really enjoyed this range in the beginning after it was purchased and installed. One day to the date on the ticket, The two top burners gave out at the same exact time and when I called for a replacement part they said it wasn't covered because the warranty was over by one day!!! Then tried to order the parts to replace myself and the model number is not on the paperwork and is only underneath the item... We weren't happy that the Cabinet Stove we wished to purchase wasn't available in the store. But understood why. However the product was delivered in less days thn promised. The Item Product is just was just what the job required. I was also disappointed that I could not use my military discount on this product

Waste of money
Within one year of purchase, I have raised multiple service requests to fix my brand‑new cooktop. During cooking, one of the knobs gets stuck, and we are unable to turn it off. This creates a serious safety concern, and we were forced to shut off the main gas valve to stop the gas supply.

Paid Twice for What Should’ve Been Included
I love the cooktop, but I’m giving this 3 stars solely because the installation process was unacceptable. I paid nearly $300 for installation at the time of purchase, yet no one bothered to come measure the cutout beforehand to ensure the cooktop would actually fit. That is basic due diligence. The installers themselves were excellent, but as they were installing, they saw the existing opening was a quarter inch too small. Cleaning nightmare!
While I absolutely LOVE the look of the black cooktop, I have found it absolutely impossible to clean. Dawn and water on a sponge.....streaks. Vinegar and water.....streaks. Counter cleaner.....streaks. Try each then apply Rainx Glass Cleaner....passable. Waste 5 or 6 paper towels wiping and rewiping....great. By then, you've decided never to fry a quick egg for breakfast or heat up some soup for lunch. It's a nightmare/time waster. If anyone has the magic formula, please post!

so far, I find that it is extremely easy to clean. I love the fact that the lids of the burners come off, and can be cleaned. The heat is even, and I like the burner that boils quickly.

Garbage Quality
Had this cooktop for less than 5 years. Knobs are made out of cheap plastic and all but 1 cracked on the inside- so we couldn't turn the gas on. We rigged the knobs with zip ties to make them snug enough to turn the gas on. Also, the markings rubbed off in less than a year and aren't even legible. Finally replaced it with a better quality brand. Do not recommend.
