Watch out if you want to reverse the door swing

This is a great garage refrigerator, just beware if you want to reverse the door swing. The screws they use are very cheap quality and strip very easily when removing them and reinstalling them. I could see before I started the some of the screws had marks from overtightening from the factory. When I tried reinstalling them on the left side it was a nightmare. Top freezer refrigerator

Purchased a few months ago and regret purchasing. Because it’s doesn’t have much room in it especially the freezer and doesn’t cool evenly. Would not purchase again or recommend unless it’s just being used as extra storage. Also when delivering they stretch the front door and didn’t even tell me . I noticed after the left and store offered a $20 e-card or exchange. But I couldn’t do exchange because I already had old refrigerator picked up and couldn’t go without a refrigerator. Died about 15 days after 1 yr warranty. In reading some of the reviews, this seems like this is a common time failure for this particular model. Called customer service and instructed to unplug for hour then try again. Interesting the freezer is cool but not freezing. Refrigerator less cool. Calling customer service back on Monday, we’ll see if they can do anything.

New refrigerator with excellent customer service

The refrigerator is pretty basic but is working great. The gentlemen who delivered it, Hatcher and Hatcher Moving, went above and beyond the call of duty! Got it in the house, in the dark and rain, and couldn’t have been more kind and professional. It was the best part of the experience ( aside from getting a working fridge).

Garage fridge

Perfect garage fridge for my purposes. Seems well made and it does what it was designed to do. I didn't need a lot of bells and whistles for a garage fridge, I just wanted something that fit in a specific space and would do its job.

Perfect simple works great. Plenty big enough.

Love it. Its just what I needed. Simple not complicated. No more side by side fridges for me. White no stainless steel. Cant stand stainless steel. Sits by my giant white freezer and makes the room look bigger and brighter and matches.

Good basic refrigerator

I liked the relatively low price, the fact that it fit exactly what I needed, and it did not come with extras like an icemaker. It helped that I got quick delivery and very efficient installation.

All around a good product.

This refrigerator does what you would expect it to do, but in the process it makes some funny noises. Also the door goes down to the floor, so watch your feet when opening & closing.

Defective

3 different refrigerators delivered and all 3 defective from factory. Insulation seeping through seams. Also, so much tape holding doors shut I’m not sure all of the residual glue would have come off.

Dead

I bought this fridge at the end of December 2024, and it’s already dead. It didn’t even last 11 months! A freezer full of food is now wasted. It’s extremely frustrating. At the Lowe’s customer service desk, they told me that they don’t handle it, and I need to reach out to the manufacturer. More running around 😖
