Defective and post purchase service lacking

Purchased as a basic second refrigerator for the basement. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the thermostat or with the compressor or something, because we couldn’t get the fridge or freezer to get cold enough. The freezer in particular we couldnt get to below 10 deg F, even on the coldest setting. It usually stayed closer to 15 F. The fridge never went below 40 F. We used three thermometers to test. So we tried to get assistance from Frigidaire. They told us we can get a service...

Great Customer Service

It’s a simple fridge. It’s fine. I want to comment on the customer service I received. First of all, I am in a small town in the mountains. Not only do they deliver for $29, they also hauled away my old refrigerator for $50! The gentleman who delivered were John and Simon. They were efficient and professional and kind.

Don’t block any vents! Watch the doors!

In order to keep freezer and fridge cold, you must be sure not to block the vents in back of freezer or refrigerator with anything, from ice cube trays to a bag of coffee. Regrettable Purchase

Biggest complaint is how loud it is when it’s running. From two rooms away it is distracting and annoying. Picked this one for a small NYC kitchen and the ability to move the door from right to left hinge. Good for small space

It’s a good size for a small space. There are some quirks to point out. You can’t use the full bottom shelf or you block the airflow so expect less storage space. It makes a lot of strange noises, not loud but strange, like the defrost mode sounds like water dripping and popping. The exterior was very hot to the touch when it was first plugged in and getting the temp regulated inside. It cooled down in about a day. The doors don’t slam shut so make sure you manually close the doors all the way. ...

Great size and price if it worked.

Purchased the refrigerator as a backup for drinks and overflow. Brought it home and waited 48 hours before plugging it in due to movement. Placed it on the lowest setting and everything froze in the refrigerator. Played around with it for several days and it didn't matter what setting it was on it didn't go above freezing. We were given two options 1) bring it back, which is a lot of work or 2) have it repaired. The repair vendor has been great to work with, but the parts needed are on back...
