I bought this just over two years ago. I loved the way it looked, the middle drawer, the amount of space inside. I was really happy with it. Within 3 months, the "replace water filter" light came on and has never gone off. Doesn't matter how many times I replace the water filter (which I do, on schedule every six months) or how many times I hit the reset button, the light never goes off. The in door ice and water are great. We like the small drawer that can be switched to different temperatures. Right now we are using it as extra refrigerator space, but it's nice to know we could change it to whatever meets our needs. I love the storage and organization of this refrigerator. Fits all of our food nicely. However, the ice maker cannot keep up with our family of 4. At dinner, the first two people get ice. The second two have to dig into the back up supply which we make with trays. We've had service out and they adjusted some settings and it is a bit better. Awesome refrigerator so far after 1 week
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched new refrigerators quite extensively before I made this purchase and I am so glad I did. This unit is a bit smaller than our last LG unit which quit making ice and freezing items after about 4 1/2 years. It looked good but that's about it. Overall my wife is very pleased with the space and exterior look- not as shiny as the LG but has a good look with the stainless & chrome handle finish- a nice touch.

While it is less cubic feet than my previous one, I love that the long wide drawer is on the outside rather than having to open both refrigerator doors to get to the other one on the inside. Everything got up to temp fast, and I’m able to keep the temps at the recommended settings. I also love the shape of the ice cubes! Highly recommend.

Love my new Refrigerator

I love the middle drawer which I use for extra freezer room and can keep all of my smaller loose items organized in. First time using a bottom freezer and it’s so much easier than using to get your items than having to get to items in the back of a side by side. The black stainless looks so nice and is much easier to keep clean.
