Bring back the tablet!

These are what you are replacing the classic tablet with and they are horrible! My glassware already has started showing signs of etching and designs are being scrubbed of. The tablets I have used for years and never have had this problem (one time I tried cascade and they etched some glassware and I swore never to use them) These are going back to the store and I’ll find another brand that won’t change wants not broken. Bring back the tablets!

Poor performance

For such a premium-priced dishwashing product, Powerball Quantum has been incredibly underwhelming. This product is more recent to market and is the gel covered packs, not the original classic packs, and yet they have the SAME EXACT rating, number of reviews, and if you take the time to read them, the SAME reviews. Personally I don't want the gel packs in my dishwasher as I find they generally leave residue (yes proper temp and water hardness) and are putting things in the water supply I would rather not have there. Finish Classic Great; Finish Power Pungent Smell

I have been using what is now called Finish Classic for many years with no complaints. I recently bought the Finish Power as I could not find the Classic and assumed it would work great and not make me sick. What a disappointment. Nobody wants these. Please listen to your customers get rid of the gel packs and bring back the tabs your longtime customers want. I am online trying to find those and I’m not going to buy these. I’ll just buy something like your old product from a natural competitor.

Soap taste

I have been using the rectangle powerball with the red circle for a while. I would go out of my way to bring some home. It was perfect because all the others would either not dissolve of they would make our Tupperware lids taste like soap. The new powerball liquid tabs are just like the others now. Powerful, irritating odor

I have been a happy user of the “classic” tablets for many years. Now they are very hard to buy. I bough these instead, and I’ve been appalled by the heavy scent that’s been added. I have used the original Finish power tablets, individually wrapped in the foil wrap for 11 years. Apparently they are no longer manufactured. This new version in the dissolvable plastic is garbage. Everything tastes like soap now.

I’m so frustrated and disappointed. Bought these instead of the usual Quantam packs, now all of the dishes reek of their “fragrance”. I’ve run the dishwasher a second time with no soap in the hopes that the added rinse would remove, or at least dissipate the scent. No such luck. Perfumed dishes?

I've been using Finish Classic and have been satisfied with the product. While it has a mildly soapy fragrance, that does not linger after the dishwasher has run.
