I am in love with my new kitchen faucet! As soon as it came out of the box the quality was apparent. It is very heavy and well made. The flexible pull down section allows the faucet to move in any direction and it is so easy to clean out the sink as well as to fill the stockpot! Only lasted a few years
After less than 3 years it no longer shuts off on the hot side and the spray toggle for the head is wearing out.

Leaked immediately
Wife bought the faucet because she wanted black. Ended up removing old faucet and it was a pain in the butt. Finally get everything installed I used oatey FASTape and pipe dope. No leaks on the connections I made. But it was leaking out of the backside of the connection. I took apart to make sure an O-ring was still in and it was. There is nothing I can do but throw this faucet away. It doesn’t matter if you get a professional plumber to install this junk it will still leak. Pretty frustrated as...

Got home last night and the package was on my porch I opened it immediately and liked what I saw. Installed it this morning and it was easy to install it took forever to remove old faucet.
