Takes forever to connect if ever!
My router, phone and the Enbrighten plug are all in line of sight and within a 15’ radius. The app identifies the device no problem, the device flashes, the app thinks for a long time and says it can’t connect. I’ve tried auto and manual, I’ve even got a 2.4GHz network set up for IoT! Giving 2 stars because sometimes it does connect.

The app needed wont seem to allow you to select Alexa to connect with. I managed to get Google to connect fine, but now i cant connect to Alexa. May e they only allow you to link one or the other, which would be fine, but there doesnt appear to be a way to unlink with Google in or to try linking with Alexa. Returned them, not in the least user friendly Had to have Wi-Fi literally right next to you to get them to work which defeats the purpose of wanting to turn the light on in your basement if your Wi-Fi is in your living room so it’s a waste of money as far as I’m concerned
