I have had this washer about a month and I have found this washer not very user-friendly in several ways. We needed a dryer but decided to also buy a new washer to go along with it. Buyer Beware
Beware!! This washer’s use and care guide states to use tide pods. Tide pods instructions say to use 1-3 pods depending on load size. With normal or large loads I can only use 1 pod!! With small loads I use less than 1/2 a teaspoon of unscented clear liquid detergent. I do not use any fabric softener! Splurged on this top of the line Electrolux b/c the reviews were 5 star, and I didn't want to risk another front loader that put holes in my clothes (the LG I'd had for 12 years prior).
