Mediocre Wash- Worse RINSE

I have had this washer about a month and I have found this washer not very user-friendly in several ways. We needed a dryer but decided to also buy a new washer to go along with it. I wish I had just kept my old washer for several reasons. The LED indicator lights are overly bright and glare, making it difficult for me to read the words on the menus and it gave me headaches as I was trying to set the cycles on the new machine. Poor quality with both washer and dryer

I purchased my washer 3 years ago - and dryer 3.5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The rollers on the dryer failed after 1 year and I have replaced them each year - total of 3 replacements. They have again failed, but I will not repair again.
