Mechanically, the washer is fine. But the mold smell, despite trying EVERY option to clean it, is terrible. Every load smells moldy. The repair person explained that it's a design flaw-- you can't access the surface of the internal drum (?) to clean-off soap scum that creates a mold-loving environment. I makes our whole house smell!! The washer is only 3 or 4 years old, but we have no choice but to replace it.

Broke after the 2nd load
Well, I did love this machine until it broke after the second load. I got an error code 11 (tub taking too long to fill with water) and immediately contacted Electrolux.
