This mower does not cut evenly. It seems like when you use the self propel feature, the whole body of the mower raises up about a 1/2 inch. I have a moderate hill in my yard and I don't use the self propel when going down the hill, but I do use it when going back up the hill and every pass in the opposite direction has a very noticeable difference in height. Have had it for about a month. I'm mostly really happy with it. The upright storage is the most surprisingly useful feature. Makes it easy to clean and store. If I had any issues at all, there is a bit of a delay when activating the self-propelled function. Also, sometimes when I'm pivoting or moving the mower without self-propelled assist, I can feel something "dragging" in the rear wheel mechanism. It stops after a few seconds. Lowes & Eggo neither will take responsibility for fixing or returning this mower! Complete JUNK DO NOT BUY! My wife purchased for Father’s Day and it will no longer hold charge. Tried going to Lowe’s for them to direct me to who called ego for them to tell me Lowe’s is responsible went back to Lowe’s and back to ego…keep getting run around point is if it only last TWO MONTHS ITS JUNK BACK TO GAS I GO!!!

So pleased I bought this. Easy to use, runs great, thoughtfully designed. Great for my younger teen who had trouble with a pull start. As my gas trimmer, lgas leaf blower, etc. die, as they inevitably will, I'll probably replace them with ego.
