I've had this for several years now, and I figured I should leave a review. First things first. I like this because it's electric, not because it's Ego. The glaring issues is that they didn't seem to put much though into the frame. When you have a vehicle like this it needs to have some flex in the frame. Havn't been able to use it.
We brought it home, took it off the trailer, practiced without even turning the blades on and it quit working. It threw a 313 error, we had to take it back to be repaired. It is still being worked on.

Long term review
Purchased in May 2023 based on an ego self propelled push mower we had good luck with (which just finally had the self-propel portion of the motor fail but still runs after 7 years). Worked well for first season. Second year towards the end of the year would occasionally have PTO stoppages randomly that required a start/stop. Like the mower but battery life is an issue.
I bought the zero turn mower. Love the cutting and how it maneuvers. Disappointed that the mower has six battery stations and only four batteries came with the mower. I have an acre lot and the mower has to be recharged half way through. I love that the batteries are interchangeable because I have five additional Ego products.

Great Mower!
Bought mine May 2024 so I'm on my third year of mowing. Works fantastic although the lack of rear traction can be a challenge on slopes. I have about 1.5 acres to mow weekly and it does require two charges to get it done. One of batteries failed this past winter and they sent a replacement in one week of my claim. Very happy.

At the time of this review it looks as if Lowe's no longer carries these, or any EGO riding mowers. So, I'm leaving this review in case others come by here looking for them. The short and sweet, if you have a flat yard in a typical suburban area with few trees, etc -- you'll probably think this mower is a 10/10. If that's you, you'll be happy with it. Great mower
I bought this item 3 weeks ago and have used it twice. I have little over a half acre and its cuts great and I can cut everything twice before charging… even with the blades running it’s extremely quit to run. The only thing I myself noticed is the steering is a little touchy and takes a little time to get use too…. The seat is comfortable and adjusted well for my 6 foot 3 inch height.
