Game changer for summer cooling

Highly effective at cooling up to 10-15 foot semi circle. Batteries are expensive but fan itself is reasonable. One of, if not the only battery powered misting fans that really works. EGO tools are very well made and have good warranty.

Works as advertised but misters may be an issue.

After one hour, one of the misters starting misting less and less. The mister was carefully disassembled and cleaned. Nothing was found. Reassembly was difficult and performance was about 80% of the other mister when reinstalled. It ran for another 3 hours while dropping to about 60% performance.

Best Purchase in a Long Time!

This device works exceptionally well at keeping you cool by spraying a continuous mist from a source of water (e.g. water bottle, gallon of water, water hose, etc.). I use it for garage work, while grilling food, you name it!

Nice, but low quality

We owned it for about 5 weeks and used it on about 10 days of boating or sitting by a pool. The sprayer quit sucking water out of a bucket. After cleaning every part I can think of, which still look brand new, it only works when connected to a hose with water pressure. I can hear the pump motor trying to work, but it is no longer strong enough to suck water that is not pressurized. Now I have to travel to a service center in another town and leave it with them while they try to figure out ...

Solid piece of summertime equipment

I like the battery driven operation, you can just carry it to wherever you need it without a cord. The controls are clear and easy to set. Oscillation mode is good. The mister function is great when you need a lot of cooling. It seems to have only one misting level, full mist, which is a lot. Using a bucket or a hose both worked well for water source.

Camping Fan and more

We purchased this for camping but have used it for tabling events at festivals, on the deck to keep mosquitoes away and the dog loves laying in front of it. We haven't used the misting option at this time. Surprised how long the batteries last while using it all night and most of the next day. Over all quiet if using level 2 or below and allowed for sleeping without noise. 3 and above required on hot days and keeping the mosquitoes away.

Does a great job blowing

Just bought this because I recently got addicted to EGO tools! I don’t think they make anything but quality stuff! The lawnmower is quiet and gets my whole lawn with battery power to spare! EGO 10 inch Misting Fan

Bought the fan on sale and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I liked the EGO brand because it oscillates, so if you are sitting with other people, we all get to enjoy the cooling effect. One small downside is the mist, even on low, will put out some water and get things damp, but that is not a bad thing when it is 95 outside. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay more comfortable outside in the heat!

Worth it!

I bought this after losing power. It’s come in very handy whether I’m working in the garage, doing something else with a family, or just anything really. I love that it oscillates, you can hook it up to water to mist, and that uses my existing ego batteries. I have yet to see it run out of power.
