Power supply quit after 10 uses

I bought it about 3 year ago, finally had the chance to use it and after 10 uses the power supply simply quit. No surges, no heavy use, it just quit. Really disappointed , Loved the size and the versatility though. You need to have replacement power supply that are easy to find and don't cost more than the tool. I'm still trying to find one.

I know this is not the normal use for a Dremel, but I needed a variable speed, compact Dremel to grind down my dog's nails. We had a specific nail grinder for dog nails, but it was so poorly made and wimpy that it took forever to do my dog's nails and that caused problems when my dog became unsettled after such a long time.
