I repeatedly see the comment in reviews about this tombstone not lighting up when the description says it does. Yes, that's correct... it doesn't light up, but that's such a minor knock. No, the eyes don't light up, but I'm glad they don't. The original Leota tombstone doesn't have eyes that light up. Great item but with design flaws

This is very well made out of fiberglass. It’s sturdy and has some good weight to it. Really looks great even up close. However! It’s triggered by a sensor to quote Leota’s lines, but in true Disney fashion, the sensor is on the BACK of the tombstone. What? Good thing is, the whole battery/speaker/sensor assembly is not firmly attached to the back so you can just set it on the ground next to the tombstone facing forward and it will work.

damaged and needs repair

my item arrived poorly packaged in a crushed box with a few air pillows for packing. her nose is busted, the seam along the top is cracked open, making it no longer waterproof, bottom is all chipped up. called Lowe's, and the offered me 10% refund if I wanted to keep the item and fix it. yeah, the fiberglass repair kit is $30 itself. what a joke.

Broken

Arrived broken in several places, not packaged/protected well. Lowe’s wants me to return it, but they cannot find a replacement. The reason I shop ONLINE is because I do not have transportation - so that means after deliveries I cannot transport items BACK to a store to be refunded… spent so much time calling customer service, to no avail.

Cool tombstone,disappointed with face doesnt move

Ordered on line ,without seeing item first. Bought because i missed out last season. Thought it was same , but this one was more expensive plus face didnt move like previous year . Its large not undersized but was disappointed no movement and price going up for less , but other wise its a cool piece, dont know how it would handle being in elements .

Don't order from Lowe's online.

I found this product at Lowes online, and read that although recently in stock, there were no more items at my local Lowe's in San Angelo, TX. I then ordered the product for around $80 from the Lowe's in Abilene, TX. I was charged about the same price for shipping as the original product. I fail to understand the fees when it could have been shipped from USPS, UPS, or FEDEx. In the future I will only purchase products in-stock at my local Lowe's. I thought this a bit rediculous.

Not the original Leota voice extremely heavy

Not the original Leota voice it says it is but it is not the Disneyland voice now it might be the florida one no lighting in eyes it doesnt say it does but previous modes did extremely heavy dangerously heavy if i new it was NOT the original voice i would never have bought it do not recommend it at all

This Prop Needs to be Redesigned

It is a nice heavy prop. That said, it looks nothing like Disney's Madame Leota. The face is way too narrow, which makes her eyes too close together and they looked crossed. Her nose is longer than the actual Madame Leota. She looks like a man. I plan to return it.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES

My package was marked as delivered but it's nowhere to be seen. I called Lowes and the said that since it was purchased via a Lowes Gift Card they can't replace or refund anything. What a load of crap
