Came in scratched up, having a hard time getting anyone to listen to me. Installer waiting on me and Lowe’s. When they delivered it I pointed it out the guy said they just deliver and they couldn’t take it back but did take a picture of it. I have tried calling the delivery department but no one picks up there. I have tried calling the store manager but AI want put it through. So maybe somebody will see this post.

Avoid Lowe's "delivery service". They don't have a clue about customer service. It should not take 3 - 25 minute calls to inform them of a misdelivery. I received 2 wrong items and was missing the 2 which I ordered and paid for. ( I cannot fault the truck driver who "actually" makes the delivery to your home. ) Lowe's needs to institute a real delivery system. misleading description
This is the description of these drawers "Includes 2 all-wood extra deep drawer boxes for convenient organized kitchen storage". this is VERY misleading, the drawer boxes are 6 inches deep, the drawer fronts are 14 inches, so the box inside is not even half of the depth. I assume this is why they provide NO PICTURES of inside of any of the cabinets. Just look at every cabinet before you leave. I had 3 that was totally destroyed and had to drive 2 hours to return them. Which was a very long wait .
