The build quality is only minimal. Plastic corners and staples. Finish is very good. Unit arrived damaged. Kick plate was broken. Appears a fork lift was used and pushed the plate out. This should have never been moved with a fork lift as it is NOT on a pallet. I chose to repair the damage as returning it would have delayed me by at least two more weeks and there had been a price increase in the meantime. I am including pictures. The first ones show the damage and the last ones show the repair....

Cheaply Made, keep looking!
I hope no one paid the original price for this, it is SO cheaply made. It is 100% particle board, the back is brown and just stapled on and you can see it from the sides. The drawers are not soft close and do not operate smoothly at all. The "trim" pieces are not aligned properly and you can see glue. I just can't say enough about how underwhelmed I am. Horrible quality. Avoid unless you plan to replace
For a cabinet listed at almost $2000 you would expect quality. On sale it's $1000 and it's particle board and MDF. Stapled together, back of the unit is visible from the side because it isn't recessed, the doors are MDF, which is basically glued paper, all the sides and drawers are particle board. There isn't a stich of real wood on this. Where there is paint it's not well done, the face of the unit, drawers, doors, styles and rails, are all thermal wrapped and there is no way to fix once scratc...

Damaged piece
Product was damaged but luckily in the back that nobody can see. The right drawer sticks out a little so need to push it to get it shut. A couple paint flaws. The counter has a flaw in it as well. Overall a good piece but more damage than expected.

Cheaply made
I was hopeful this was a decent vanity because of the before sale price. Now I see why it was on sale. It’s just another cheaply made particle board cabinet. Nothing aligns properly. Glue beyond the where the pieces meet. Bottom board on front of cabinet loose. Drawers seem to be vinyl wrapped particle board but were not smooth, so it’s bumpy under the vinyl. I gave it two star review because the vanity top/ sink is actually nice.

Delivery experience was terrible.
The vanity itself is nice. However, my experience with the delivery was terrible. The item was held for a week waiting for it to be shipped to my home. When it was delivered, it was left at the end of the driveway which is about 200 feet from the garage. My husband was not able to move it since he had a stroke that prevents him from doing a number of things. Fortunately, my contractor was here & moved the vanity since it rained a couple of hours after it was delivered. Overall, I would not order...

Terrible quality
Super disappointed in the quality of this cabinet. It was obvious that those who were involved in the assembly and manufacturing of this product did not care at all. Edges did not align, draws did not close evenly, was scratched in multiple places and had glue or something all over it. Not worth the price! Lowes personnel did not seem super interested because this was a special order. You would think they'd care more about the suppliers they choose to work with.

Have to return entire vanity
This is a very pretty piece, but cheaply made, I’m hoping that Lowes can resolve this issue quickly. The porcelain top has a deep cut and unfortunately I will need a new top because I know time this will only get rusted in no time. As for the drawer plate, I am unable to screw in the handle because the pre-drilled holes are not aligned, ultimately I would love it if Lowes could just replace the drawer and the top however, it seems as though they will have to pick up the entire vanity and replace...

Disappointed in the end to end experience
I didn't get any tracking info other than it was on its way and theyd let me know when it was delivered so i couldn't plan for help to move it. It was left at my garage door blocking me in so i had to cancel an appointment until i could get help moving it. All that to open it and find a chip in the sink, 2 scratches on the cabinet and tons of glue on one of the sides.

[Employee of lowes] This vanity is nice, but for the price I was expecting a better quality it is very heavy. The one con I have is the doors to the cabinet are SOFT CLOSE but the drawers are not, guys SOFT CLOSE drawers would have given 5stars. Because I have a well lite bathroom the color shows through!!!
