We had a problem with a faucet purchased and installed about 24 years ago. I had a couple of trouble shooting calls with the very professional folks at Delta but we couldn't resolve the issue. They asked for photos of the faucet trouble areas. I honestly expected very little after all these years...maybe a discount on a new faucet, or even nothing at all. What did they give me? Brand New Faucet!!!!! Thank you Delta !

Beautiful when installed. Chrome peals at the base of the handle. Replaced by delta and it;s doing it again. Not sure if this is worth the money.

Poor design and cheap materials
The design has major flaws. The tubing that connects the hot and cold valve to the centrally located spout is made from very low quality materials. This connection tubing is clear plastic tubing with next to no reinforcing. The connections for the plastic tubing to the spout are cheap plastic snap-on connectors. Leaks after 4 years
We ordered the nickel finish and our water has eaten the nickel finish off in several places. Now, water leaks out from the hot sides through the cold side under the handle. I’ve turned off the water to the cold side and water leaks from the hot side through the stem on the cold side. Not what I would have expected from the price of these faucets.

Does not fit on standard countertop
Like the previous reviewer said, these DO NOT FIT. I bought three of these for my bathroom remodel. After my quartz were in, the plumber came to install these. Well... the faucet can barely fit.
