We remodeled our kitchen about 6 months ago. We ordered custom diamond cabinets and overall they are quite nice and seem well made, certainly the nicest cabinets I've ever owned. However, we had several things wrong, one cabinet was broken and needed to be replaced, complicating countertop installation. Another with broken tracks, easy fix with new parts from Diamond. Bas design
I cannot believe the design for the attachment of the drawer front on our diamond cabinets. The attachment mechanism, which is spotfaced into the front drawer panel then sticks out beyond the drawer and then screwed to the drawer front, holds the entire drawer open probably 1/4 of an inch making the ugly hardware visible from the side on all the cabinet drawers. Single Wall Oven Missing...
...an important piece. What comes in the box is the outer shell of the cabinet. What you need INSIDE TO INSTALL the oven is a base that the oven sits on that will withstand 194* heat and hold 300lbs. That means you have to build a base. We used 2 X 4s & 3/4" plywood & corner braces. Secured the legs to the side & back where they won't be seen. Only the front leg is free floating. Horrible Customer Service
Do not waste your time. No complaints about the quality of the cabinets, but the customer service is horrible. These cabinets are shipped directly from the vendor. The link between Lowes and the vendor is almost non-existent. The delivery date Lowes gives you is meaningless. Lowes will back up the delivery time listed in their system because they don’t know any better. They may even refuse to contact the vendor on your behalf. Don't buy cabinets at Lowes
In January 2026 we ordered over $11k on Diamond Express cabinets. We paid extra to have someone come in and measure my kitchen. The Lowes kitchen designer ordered wrong size cabinets many times delaying our kitchen project. We had to go back in multiple times to complain as we were missing parts, pieces, and cabinets. Must be better products
As per other reviews, cabinets are made well for basic cabinets, but we had to wait 3 weeks for a cracked frame replacement, even though the packaging was quality. Also, many doors were poorly finished and needed replacements. They just don't seem to care and ship poor product.

36 inch Wall Cabinet
The cabinet itself is built fine and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line well. Dimensions were accurate and it hung without any issues. The problem was a major dent on the door when it arrived — not a scuff or scratch, an actual dent that's hard to hide. For a cabinet at this price point, that's frustrating to deal with. Cabinet works, but the door damage really took away from what should've been a clean install.

27 Inch Wall Cabinet
Dimensions were right and it hung without trouble, and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line. What dropped this to average was the build quality on the seams — visible glue squeeze-out in several spots that wasn't cleaned up before finishing. Not something you notice from across the room, but up close it looks sloppy for a cabinet at this price. Functional and looks fine once installed, but the attention to detail isn't there.
