PANTRY CABINET

I purchased this cabinet for my laundry room. It is beautiful and holds all my supplies and related items. I purchased stick-on handles and they look good on the cabinet. I recommend this cabinet.

Drawers don't line up

Cabinet itself is built fine and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line. Dimensions were accurate and it sat level once installed. The issue was the drawer alignment — the fronts don't line up as cleanly as they should, with uneven reveals between them that you notice every time you walk by. Adjusted the hardware as much as I could, but couldn't get it perfectly square. Functional and the drawers slide fine, just wish the alignment came dialed in from the factory.

36 inch Wall Cabinet

The cabinet itself is built fine and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line well. Dimensions were accurate and it hung without any issues. The problem was a major dent on the door when it arrived — not a scuff or scratch, an actual dent that's hard to hide. For a cabinet at this price point, that's frustrating to deal with. Cabinet works, but the door damage really took away from what should've been a clean install.

27 Inch Wall Cabinet

Dimensions were right and it hung without trouble, and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line. What dropped this to average was the build quality on the seams — visible glue squeeze-out in several spots that wasn't cleaned up before finishing. Not something you notice from across the room, but up close it looks sloppy for a cabinet at this price. Functional and looks fine once installed, but the attention to detail isn't there.

Wall Cabinet

Cabinet is decent for the price and the white paint finish looks clean once it's up. Construction feels reasonable and the dimensions were accurate. The downside was some damage on arrival — nothing catastrophic, but enough to be annoying when you're trying to get a clean install. Touched it up and moved on, but it knocked the experience down a notch. Functional cabinet, just wish the packaging or handling protected it better.

Above the Range Cabinet

Showed up in good shape and the white finish matches the rest of the Jamestown line cleanly. Dimensions were accurate, doors aligned well, and it hung without any fuss. The 21-inch height is a nice option for over-the-fridge or over-the-range spots where a full-height wall cabinet doesn't fit. Solid build for the price and no damage on arrival. Would buy again.

Avoid Lowe’s for Major Projects

Extremely disappointing experience with Lowe’s installation services. My cabinet order was delivered in incomplete with missing, incorrect, and damaged items, including a critical cabinet that delayed the entire project for months. Don't buy cabinets at Lowes

In January 2026 we ordered over $11k on Diamond Express cabinets. We paid extra to have someone come in and measure my kitchen. The Lowes kitchen designer ordered wrong size cabinets many times delaying our kitchen project. We had to go back in multiple times to complain as we were missing parts, pieces, and cabinets. Horrible Customer Service

Do not waste your time. No complaints about the quality of the cabinets, but the customer service is horrible. These cabinets are shipped directly from the vendor. The link between Lowes and the vendor is almost non-existent. The delivery date Lowes gives you is meaningless. Not Great Quality for the Price

Truly disappointed with these cabinets for the cost. I ordered a total of six cabinets, each one of them either required a lot of adjustment or have visible flaws.
