Love the shower head spray options and the pause feature works well. Diverter handle is flimsy and loose. Tub handle is loose. Tub handle screw is situated so that when the shower is on, the screw is visible, and it collects water. This is both unattractive and inconvenient. Do not buy, cheap plastic.
Cheap plastic fitting cracked a sprayed water all over my bathroom. The first shower head was defective out of the box, which Delta replaced. This is the second defective shower head. Not a good product.

Can I give ZERO stars? Broke after 5 days of use.
Had Delta products installed when the house was build. Decided to stick with Delta products for the 2 bathroom remodel. The shower head broke after 5 days. Started leaking then snapped off. Not what I expected. It's really plastic made to look like metal. This product is junk and I wouldn't recommend.

what a disappointment!
Unit looks great! But the inside of the faucet is plastic and it cracked when the plumber installed it. The piece you pull up to switch from tub to shower wouldn’t function properly! Lowes wouldn’t do anything to help…they wanted me to uninstall the whole mechanism, return it, and order a new one…ehile my contractor went on to another job! I had to buy a replacement faucet to use. Doesn’t match, i hate it! Hopefully Delta will replace the faucet!
