Nice finish with the added soap dispenser. Its easy to use!

Soap dispenser stopped working.

I love the look, but the soap dispenser won't hold a prime. It works right after filling, but loses its prime and soap won't come out. I've had to just pull the whole thing out and let the soap drip on my sponge.

Get the Spot-Shield version.

The Spot-Shield upgrade is definitely worth it. Have some other non-Delta stainless bits I installed with the faucet, and they are already showing spots within a day. The faucet is pristine.

Already peeling, soap dispenser doesn’t work

My previous delta faucet lasted over 20 years so thought this would be a good replacement. Right out of the box the soap dispenser didn’t work properly. It’s hard to pump and it shoots soap out sideways until you’ve pumped it a few times. Also you can’t get just a little soap, you have to pump it all the way and for me, most of the time that’s too much soap. Where did the quality go?

As a general contractor I’ve always been a delta fan. I don’t get call backs with theirs or moen products. I bought this faucet for my own personal kitchen and am completely disappointed with the spray features. It feels like someone was just like well here’s the cheapest/easiest option. Low flow through nozzle

Flow through nozzle very low. When first installed, flow was fine; over time, flow reduced quite a bit. Soaked in vinegar overnight and flow was stronger. After a week, flow again down to a bit more than a trickle. There does not seem be any nozzle replacement parts and from other models similar to this one, there are no serviceable parts inside nozzle. Very disappointed I may need to replace entire faucet due to a non-serviceable part at this price point.

Love the look, but falls apart over time

This product looks great and works great while it lasts. Unfortunately, over time the magtite doc system rusts and falls apart. We have purchased 2 over a five year span and it has happened to both of them. Now it looks terrible and the sprayer doesn’t doc correctly.

Pull-down nozzle retraction is insufficient.

Generally the faucet works very well. The water stream and the spray are very strong. My two main complaints are: (1) The installation instructions were horrendous. They included instructions for installing 4 different faucet designs and it was very difficult to tell which one I was supposed to use because the pictures didn't match. Great Faucet. Our second one in 3 years.

We have had this same faucet in our kitchen for 3 years and love it. I like the force of the power spray. I also like that the switch does not turn back to normal water flow when the water it turned off. It stays in whatever mode it was last placed in. My only complaint is about the manufacturing quality. We are Delta fans and their products are typically delivered in perfect working order.
