No issues thus far

I hesitated to purchase this Delta Savile faucet due to all of the negative reviews (4.4 stars out of 2085 reviews / 86% approval). Attractive faucet for alternative use in bathroom

This is an attractive faucet and was pretty easy to install. We used it on a bathroom vanity rather than the kitchen application it was designed for. The undercounter space was tighter than a typical kitchen space would be, so I had to saw off the tips of the C-shaped brace to make it fit. That also determined the orientation of the handle. Moderately impressed.

Like the look of the faucet. Paid a plumber to install it, thought all was good; however, after he left we noticed a small leak coming from the handle. Plumber came back the next day took the handle apart and once again we noticed the leak coming from the handle after he left. We ordered a new cartridge and bonnet nut which we installed. Leaking from day 1

I have had delta products in all my houses for over a decade now. This one leaked from the handle the day it was installed. I contacted delta after finding many similar reviews and they send replacement cartridge and flush instructions. This did not resolve the issue, so they sent another set of replacement parts. Again, no success so they finally approved a whole faucet replacement and requested I text a video of the leak which I did within 5 minutes of ending the call. It's now been two weeks ...

Nice farmhouse style faucet

I like the design / shape of it, it matches farmhouse chic style. The color is a little lighter than expected but okay because I didn’t want solid dark bronze. Quality is fine for the reasonable price. Comes with soap pump, a nice added bonus.

incompetent customer service staff

Upon opening faucet box, found it was missing pieces. Was told by customer service representative that this faucet would not be restocked and is unavailable anywhere in the state. When asked if I could order the faucet and get it shipped here I was told that faucet wasn't available and to either accept my refund or choose another brand. Great Finish and Great Features

We picked this up to replace another brand that started to leak, and I really like how simple the installation of this one was. NOT recommended

We have had this faucet for about a year now. You must be very careful when turning the water off to get the "perfect" spot. It's frustrating and annoying. I often come into the kitchen and the faucet still has a small stream of water coming out because the last person wasn't vigilant in getting it to the exact spot it needed to be at.
