Sleek Style easy cleaning

Replacing an older faucet with Italian style intricacies. Was pretty, but hard to clean quickly with so many shapes and line details. This faucet offers style without hard work cleaning. It also gave the desired Venetian bronze coloring when most available now are silver, chrome, or black. Not want that fad styling. This gives a nice look without being overly trendy.

Liked the look. However one of the drains did not fit my sink. Unfortunately, we couldn't understand why one sink is smaller and the other one is larger. The problem was resolved by the plumber. Overall look is great and easy to use.

Decent faucet for the price

Seems to be a great faucet so far but we'll see how it lasts. Easy to install, but took some tinkering to get the plug rod to not bind. The base is slightly smaller than previous faucet and the water flow rate is slower.

Great Quality Materials, But Finish Looks Scratchy

Was really hoping these would work as the quality of manufacturing looks top notch. Loved the one piece faucet nozzle design and the pop up drain. However, the finish looks like they took steel wool to it giving it a scratchy appearance that does not match our other oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. So sadly returning them.

Finish/Plating/Aerator Issues

In just a couple years the aerator got clogged. Moen faucets in other bathrooms/kitchen and the one this replaced have not had aerator issues in 20+ years. Almost impossible to get aerator out due to corrosion in threads. Customer service was terrible. While they agreed to send a new aerator, I have an email from Dec 2, that says shipping info will be provided in 24 hours. It is now Dec 12 and they have no idea when it will be shipped. Not the best pickup

Two female employees brought the items out. One of the cabinets had damage to it but, for our purposes, would not be visible. We were told that they would give us a 15% discount (it ended up being a 10% discount). But then they left the flatbed cart for us to load everything into the truck ourselves. Thankfully, they were light because we are senior citizens and wouldn't have been able to lift heavier items.

Never use lowes for a home project.

Likes: Beautiful finish, faucet is out over the sink, angled so water flow is towards center so we don’t have to put our hands up close to inside edge like we did on our faucets. You actually have room to wash your hands and not hit anything. Easy install, with one detail I’ll cover in dislikes.
