This is an adorable faucet. The problem is that it will not mount straight. The installer removed it and remounted it because the left side was higher than the right. When I saw it, I asked if he thought it was uneven, and he told me what he'd done. He disassembled it again and it remains higher on the left side than the right. I am re-ordering and returning this one.

it's simple but with a touch of not-so-plain design of the handles which is the main selling point for me. the handles glides very smoothly, no issue with them at all. the spout has an aerator so the water doesn't splash all over the place. will definitely recommend.

Nice faucet
I love the way this looks and it works great. It was easy to install. The only downside is that my Pur faucet filter doesn't seem to fit properly. However, Pur is sending me more adapters and hopefully one might work.

Missing Parts
Several parts were missing from this faucet set. The box we received had been opened. It looked like a return or something someone else had previously purchased. Now we have to go through the hassle of returning it to the store. Not cool! If I had wanted to make a trip to the store, I wouldn't have ordered online! We are super disappointed and angry that Lowe's would send us used merchandise with missing parts!
